There is a great write up on another forum located here. 

Its very informative and easy to follow.  The only thing I did different was I ordered some wire harnesses to plug into the wires instead of cutting the old dimmer plugs out.  This way no wires are cut and you can reverse the whole process if you would like to put the light fixture back to stock
